DOI
The conference proceedings will be assigned a DOI — a unique digital identifier. Participants who wish to obtain an individual DOI for their own publication (the link will point directly to their abstract) can order this service separately.
Indeksowanie
Published abstracts will be indexed in Google Scholar within a few months of publication. If a DOI is assigned, publications are also indexed in ResearchGate, OUCI, Scilit and Semantic Scholar.
Certyfikat
Every co-author receives a personal certificate stating the number of hours and ECTS credits. All certificates have unique numbers and can be verified on the foundation website.

Jak wziąć udział w konferencji
- Submission. You send your abstract and the completed participant application form to our email address.
- Confirmation. Within 24 hours you receive a confirmation letter and the payment details.
- Payment. You pay for the publication using the details provided and send us a copy of the receipt in reply.
- Publication. Materials are published within 10 days after the conference date on the foundation website.

The link to the conference proceedings and to the participants’ certificates will be published on the foundation website.

Gdzie wysyłać materiały
Abstracts and the participant application form are sent to the email address above. Please state the conference name in the subject line.
Wymagania dotyczące materiałów
- File format: .doc or .docx.
- File names: Surname_abstract and Surname_application.
- Language: Ukrainian, English or any official language of the European Union.
- Recommended length of the abstract: 2 to 4 pages.
- Maximum number of co-authors: 4.
- Layout: A4, margins of 2 cm on all sides.
- Font: Times New Roman, 14 pt, indent 1 cm, single line spacing.
- The UDC index is placed before the title and aligned to the left.
- The title is centred and must be provided in English.
- Author information is centred: name and surname, institution and city, ORCID iD.
- The summary starts on a new line and contains 300 to 500 characters including spaces.
- Keywords start on a new line, 3 to 5 words.
- Figures and tables are captioned with the source; 12 pt, single line spacing.
- Formulas are typed in the MS Word editor and numbered on the right.
- References are formatted according to DSTU 8302:2015 or APA Style (7th edition).
- Authors are personally responsible for the content and quality of submitted materials.
